All of our kitchen Hubs are private and secure. You will have 24 hours access to the facility allowing you the flexibility needed to operate your business.
Hubs range form 12 msq to 32msq with larger hubs also available.
Yes you have the option bespoke your Hub and make changes to suit your business. Additional costs may apply dependent on change requested.
Yes, all kitchens offer natural light through large windows.
We can offer additional storage for chilled, ambient and frozen space to suit your needs. Please ask a member for the team.
A number of communal areas are available within the facility such as a wellness area for breaks, toilets locates on the ground and first floor, desk area and photo booth area.
On street free parking is available.
You have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Yes, we look for a 3 months deposit which is refundable at the end of your agreement
We do not take any other signing on or membership fees. All you will pay is the monthly licensing fee plus deposit and ongoing costs for your own utilities usage such as electricity, gas and water.
Yes, refuse is managed by KitchHub. No additional costs are payable for refuse collection.
Each Kitchen Hub has its own electricity, gas and water meter which records your business’ individual energy consumption.
The cleanliness of each Kitchen Hub is your responsibility. The KitchHub team clean all common areas such as toilets and all shared areas on a regular basis.
Each individual business is required to take out their own insurance policy (minimum £3m public liability). Members are also responsible for their own employer’s liability insurance and contents and business interruption insurance.
Your business is required, by law, to register with the local authority (who will conduct an inspection specifically of your business), from which you will receive a food hygiene rating.
Our Kitchens have been designed to meet the standards set by the local authority. Given we have 17 Kitchen Hubs within the facility the local authority are familiar with the facility making it easier and quick to obtain required approvals.
